Knitwear has quickly become a signature category for Corridor, both in summer and winter weights. This cardigan features a mix of yarns but predominately utilises alpaca wool which is sourced and knit in Peru.
It's interesting to note that alpaca are environmentally friendly animals. Not in the sense that they use paper straws and avoid fossil fuels, but that they eat less than sheep and produce more fleece. As the world reckons with the real cost of clothing production, you'll be hearing more of our Alpaca friends.
The coloured texture is achieved through a space-dyeing technique, which sees the yarn dyed along its length to achieve a rainbow ombré which breaks-up the natural colour of the knit.
